{"id":8971,"date":"2014-11-14T19:57:27","date_gmt":"2014-11-14T22:57:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=8971"},"modified":"2014-11-14T19:57:27","modified_gmt":"2014-11-14T22:57:27","slug":"detectaron-preservativos-truchos-y-prohibieron-su-comercializacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/detectaron-preservativos-truchos-y-prohibieron-su-comercializacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Detectaron preservativos \u201ctruchos\u201d y prohibieron su comercializaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A trav\u00e9s de la Disposici\u00f3n N\u00ba 7696\/2014 publicada hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog\u00eda M\u00e9dica (ANMAT) dispuso la prohibici\u00f3n del uso y la venta de 5 series de preservativos ap\u00f3crifos de la marca Prime.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2014\/11\/0011818937.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-8972\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2014\/11\/0011818937-300x168.jpg\" alt=\"0011818937\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2014\/11\/0011818937-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2014\/11\/0011818937.jpg 770w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Luego de realizar varias inspecciones a cargo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Vigilancia de Productos para la Salud (DVS), fueron detectados lotes de condones \u201ctruchos\u201d, que presentaban diferencias con los originales tanto en el envasado como el color y grosor nominal.<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de las variedades Prime Extra Lubricado con acci\u00f3n natural x 3 Lote 10715H649 con fecha de fabricaci\u00f3n mayo 2011 y vencimiento en julio 2014; Prime Ultrafino Como usar nada Lote 20523I160, fabricados en febrero de 2012 y con vencimiento en febrero de 2017; Prime S\u00faper fino Sensaci\u00f3n Natural x3 Lote 20418I075 (Agosto 2011- agosto 2016); Prime Ultrafino Como usar nada x3 Lote N\u00ba 20910I404 ( Junio 2012-JUN 17) y Prime s\u00faper fino Sensasi\u00f3n natural x3 Lote 21114I488 (Julio 2012 \u2013 Julio 2017).<\/p>\n<p>Desde la empresa fabricante del producto, Buhl S.A., ya hab\u00edan informado a las autoridades que un consumidor advirti\u00f3 a la firma sobre las anormalidades organol\u00e9pticas detectadas en el producto (olor no habitual, dificultades para desenrollarse y un color m\u00e1s oscuro que el normal).<\/p>\n<p>A partir de ello la firma \u201cprocedi\u00f3 al recupero de las unidades reportadas y del an\u00e1lisis se determin\u00f3 que se trataba de unidades falsificadas, presentando estas color m\u00e1s oscuro y ancho nominal de 49 mm, mientras que el original es de 52 mm\u201d, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n diferencias en el empaque.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLuego del reclamo, la firma realiz\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n que evidenci\u00f3 la existencia de otros dos lotes ap\u00f3crifos\u201d y procedi\u00f3 a retirar el producto de distintos comercios, reponi\u00e9ndolos con otros con envase nuevo.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edas atr\u00e1s, la ANMAT hab\u00eda comunicado la existencia de otros tres lotes ap\u00f3crifos de preservativos de la misma marca, y recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n \u201cque se abstenga de adquirir o utilizar preservativos Prime de las variedades y lotes mencionados\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con la disposici\u00f3n publicada hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, la ANMAT y el Ministerio de Salud proh\u00edben el uso y comercializaci\u00f3n de esos preservativos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A trav&eacute;s de la Disposici&oacute;n N&ordm; 7696\/2014 publicada hoy en el Bolet&iacute;n Oficial, la Administraci&oacute;n Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnolog&iacute;a M&eacute;dica (ANMAT) dispuso la prohibici&oacute;n del uso y la venta de 5 series de preservativos ap&oacute;crifos de la marca Prime.
