Algunos de los elementos que ayudan a mejorar, tanto la competitividad como la productividad son, por ejemplo, la mejora gen\u00e9tica, el equipamiento o incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas, y por supuesto la asistencia t\u00e9cnica a los productores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuestra provincia se destaca porque el 90 por ciento de los tambos corresponden a tambos familiares, por eso estamos convencidos de que es necesario estar al lado del productor para que mejore su producci\u00f3n y de esta manera pueda ser m\u00e1s competitivo. En esta oportunidad entregamos un aporte no reintegrable por un total de 742.970 pesos, en su conjunto, destinados a productores entrerrianos de los departamentos de Diamante, Paran\u00e1, Tala, Concordia y Nogoy\u00e1. Y por la tarde estaremos realizando aportes tambi\u00e9n en Concordia, pero para el sector citr\u00edcola\u201d, agreg\u00f3 Schunk.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el director de Desarrollo Rural y Agricultura Familiar, Lucio Amavet, indic\u00f3 que \u201cjustamente desde el Programa de Desarrollo Rural y Agricultura Familiar (Prodaf) se promueve que la articulaci\u00f3n del financiamiento est\u00e9 acompa\u00f1ado por la asistencia de t\u00e9cnicos especializados en la materia, siendo este paso clave para que los productores puedan lograr la mejora de la productividad con competitividad\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hugo Sangoy, productor tambero de Colonia Rivadavia, departamento Paran\u00e1, dijo \u201cestar agradecido por esta ayuda que hoy le entrega el gobierno provincial, ya que implica mejorar su tambo. El dinero estar\u00e1 destinado a comprar 15 vaquillonas para aumentar su producci\u00f3n, la compra de bateas y equipamiento para alimentar los animales y para la mejora de los desag\u00fces\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, Fabi\u00e1n Franzotti, de El Palenque, tambi\u00e9n se mostr\u00f3 contento al recibir la noticia de aprobaci\u00f3n de su proyecto ya que le servir\u00e1 para ampliar la sala de orde\u00f1e, mejorar el sistema de aguado y el armado de un tinglado que ser\u00e1 utilizado para lo que refiere a los equipos de fr\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n de los proyectos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cCada uno de los proyectos presentados es previamente analizado por un Comit\u00e9 de Evaluaci\u00f3n, que est\u00e1 integrado por un representante del Ministerio de Producci\u00f3n, INTA, Senasa, PRODAF y un delegado de los productores\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Amavet.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n los miembros del comit\u00e9 evaluador estuvo conformado por el director de Desarrollo Rural y Agricultura Familiar, Lucio Amavet; por el director del INTA, Oscar Valentinuz; por el director regional del Senasa, Carlos Zurbriggen; por el responsable t\u00e9cnico nacional del Prodaf, Emilio Sbrocco; y un representante de los productores, Fernando Jauregui.<\/p>\n<p>En lo que va del a\u00f1o se han aprobado 36 planes de negocios correspondientes a las cadenas tamberas y citr\u00edcolas.
