De la mano de una\u00a0excelente cosecha y de precios internacionales que orillaron sus m\u00e1ximos hist\u00f3ricos<\/strong>, la\u00a0soja<\/strong>\u00a0y el\u00a0ma\u00edz<\/strong>\u00a0ratificaron el a\u00f1o pasado que son\u00a0esenciales para la econom\u00eda argentina<\/strong>, debido a que son los\u00a0principales generadores de divisas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En conjunto, seg\u00fan datos del\u00a0informe de Intercambio Comercial Argentino (ICA)<\/strong>\u00a0del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edsticas y Censos (INDEC), el a\u00f1o pasado\u00a0sumaron exportaciones por m\u00e1s de U$S 32.000 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

N\u00fameros\u00a0Las exportaciones agroindustriales de 2021 fueron las m\u00e1s altas de la historia<\/strong><\/p>\n

Significa\u00a0cuatro de cada 10 d\u00f3lares que ingresaron en 2021 al pa\u00eds<\/strong>\u00a0en total \u2013casi U$S 78.000 millones\u2013, fueron gracias a estos dos granos y sus derivados.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, es\u00a0seis veces m\u00e1s que lo exportado por la industria automotriz<\/strong>: U$S 4.900 millones.<\/p>\n

Soja<\/strong><\/p>\n

La soja es el pulm\u00f3n que evita la asfixia de las reservas y\u00a0hace respirar al fisco gracias al fuerte aporte de las retenciones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Entre\u00a0poroto, harina, aceite y biodiesel<\/strong>, el a\u00f1o pasado\u00a0sum\u00f3 exportaciones por U$S 23.000 millones, un 30%<\/strong>\u00a0del total del comercio exterior nacional.<\/p>\n

La\u00a0harina, producto del que Argentina es l\u00edder a nivel global<\/strong>, represent\u00f3 la mitad de ese total:\u00a0U$S 11.794 millones, un 51% m\u00e1s<\/strong>\u00a0que en 2020 (U$S 7.805 millones).<\/p>\n

Retenciones\u00a0En 2021, los complejos agroalimentarios aportaron $ 2.300 millones por d\u00eda<\/strong><\/p>\n

El\u00a0aceite adicion\u00f3 U$S 6.873 millones, un 82% m\u00e1s<\/strong>\u00a0que los U$S 3.774 millones del ejercicio anterior.<\/p>\n

Y un derivado de este \u00faltimo,\u00a0el biodiesel, fue la estrella del a\u00f1o: recobr\u00f3 energ\u00eda con exportaciones por U$S 1.573 millones, m\u00e1s del triple de los U$S 468 millones de 2020<\/strong>, un a\u00f1o en que la demanda\u00a0se derrumb\u00f3 por la pandemia de Covid-19<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo,\u00a0el poroto sin procesar represent\u00f3 U$S 2.792 millones<\/strong>, un 20% m\u00e1s que en el a\u00f1o previo.<\/p>\n

Ma\u00edz<\/strong><\/p>\n

En tanto,\u00a0el ma\u00edz tambi\u00e9n sobresali\u00f3 con env\u00edos por poco m\u00e1s de U$S 9.000 millones<\/strong>, U$S 3.000 millones o\u00a0un 50% m\u00e1s que en 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Fue\u00a0el segundo producto m\u00e1s exportado<\/strong>, por detr\u00e1s de la harina de soja y por encima del aceite de la oleaginosa.<\/p>\n

Otros granos y derivados<\/strong><\/p>\n

Entre los principales productos que selecciona el INDEC para hacer un an\u00e1lisis de la evoluci\u00f3n interanual,\u00a0el trigo tambi\u00e9n tom\u00f3 envi\u00f3n con una expansi\u00f3n del 48%<\/strong>, de U$S 2.117 millones a U$S 3.113 millones.<\/p>\n

El aceite de girasol, en tanto, aument\u00f3 145%<\/strong>, de U$S 347 millones a U$S 852 millones; y\u00a0el sorgo quintuplic\u00f3 su negocio exportador<\/strong>, de U$S 104 millones a U$S 539 millones.<\/p>\n

La\u00a0cebada hizo su aporte tambi\u00e9n, con un salto del 74%<\/strong>, de U$S 210 millones a U$S 366 millones.<\/p>\n
