El requerimiento fue suscripto por <strong>Fabio Schneider,\u00a0Omar Graff,\u00a0Laurentino L\u00f3pez Candioti<\/strong> y <strong>Norberto Ferrari<\/strong>, en representaci\u00f3n de la denominada <em>\u00abMesa Gremial Lechera\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>El tambero Fabio Schneider, de Colonia Merou, explic\u00f3 a\u00a0<em>FM Estaci\u00f3n Plus Crespo<\/em>\u00a0la motivaci\u00f3n del pedido: \u00abHay una crisis muy grande en los productores primarios de leche. No estamos pudiendo cubrir los costos y todos los d\u00edas desaparece un productor m\u00e1s. Y mientras tanto, una realidad muy triste en el pa\u00eds, que es el hambre de mucha gente, porque no pueden acceder a los alimentos b\u00e1sicos. Est\u00e1 cara la leche para el consumidor final\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>La alternativa planteada<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>\u00abSurgi\u00f3 una idea en la Mesa Gremial Lechera, que el ministro Juan Jos\u00e9 Bahillo podr\u00e1 evaluar. Veremos si tenemos \u00e9xito y destrabar el tema\u00bb, sostuvo el dirigente rural, al tiempo que dio cuenta del pedido: \u00abQueremos que la gente pueda hacerle la compra directa al productor. El Estado tiene que hacer una modificaci\u00f3n en el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Nacional, para habilitar a los productores tamberos -que quieran entrar en el Programa-, a que puedan vender en el tambo al consumidor. No entramos en la cadena de distribuci\u00f3n ni competimos con los supermercados. Queremos poder venderle legalmente a la gente que vaya al campo, cosa que el C\u00f3digo Alimentario Nacional hoy lo proh\u00edbe\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abBuscamos que quien quiera uno o dos litros de leche, la busque y podamos venderle legalmente\u00bb, insisti\u00f3 y aclar\u00f3: \u00abPor ahora, toda la producci\u00f3n s\u00f3lo va al sistema industrial. En forma directa, ni siquiera podemos donar leche a una instituci\u00f3n ben\u00e9fica. Pretendemos que el gobierno nos otorgue la herramienta legal para llegar al consumidor con el producto m\u00e1s barato\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Garantizan sanidad del producto<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Schneider indic\u00f3 que \u00abhoy todos los tambos estamos inscriptos en el SIGLEA y en SENASA, contando con los certificados libres de Brucelosis y Tuberculosis. Tenemos el control de un veterinario dos veces al a\u00f1o. Se hace el sangrado vaca por vaca. Nuestro rodeo tiene garantizada la sanidad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El integrante de la Mesa Lechera inst\u00f3 a confiar en el producto y en tal sentido, acot\u00f3: \u00abLas vacas se orde\u00f1an con tecnolog\u00eda de punta, la leche va a equipos de fr\u00edo y se mantiene a 4\u00baC. Obviamente que como siempre se hizo, s\u00f3lo hay que hervirla antes de consumirla\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Expectativas<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En cuanto a lo que esperan de la presentaci\u00f3n, Fabio Schneider se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u00abNo deber\u00eda demorar mucho, es cuesti\u00f3n de voluntad. En 15 minutos resuelven aumentarse el sueldo, esto tambi\u00e9n es una decisi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.
