Una de las partes, tras presentar una recusaci\u00f3n al magistrado, no se present\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><b>Los integrantes de la familia Etchevehere que est\u00e1n enfrentados a Dolores Etchevehere por la propiedad del campo recusaron al juez Rafael Flores, por lo que no se presentaron al encuentro de conciliaci\u00f3n.<\/b><\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media2.elonce.com.ar\/fotos-nuevo\/2020\/10\/25\/o_1603634746.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>De acuerdo a lo informado, el juez Ra\u00fal Flores, el fiscal Sobko, la fiscal Bessa y los abogados Lisandro Mobilia y Daniela Ver\u00f3n, participaron de la audiencia desarrollada esta ma\u00f1ana. \u00abA la misma, sin previo aviso, no se present\u00f3 una de las partes convocadas- hermanos Etchevehere-\u00ab, destacaron desde Tribunales.<\/p>\n<p>Dolores est\u00e1 enfrentada desde hace a\u00f1os con sus hermanos Luis Miguel, Juan Diego y Arturo Etchevehere, y su madre Leonor Barbero Marcial.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<b>Hoy no vamos a la audiencia porque recusamos al Juez Flores. No puede intervenir hasta que no se resuelva el pedido<\/b>\u00ab,destac\u00f3 Luis Miguel Etchevehere.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Lo que pas\u00f3 este s\u00e1bado<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><b>Este s\u00e1bado al mediod\u00eda hubo un conflicto que llev\u00f3 a la intervenci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda.<\/b>\u00a0Es que Juan Diego Etchevehere alert\u00f3 este mediod\u00eda que varios veh\u00edculos y personas intentaron ingresar a la estancia llevando mercader\u00eda y otros elementos. Mientras que Dolores Etchevehere inform\u00f3 esta ma\u00f1ana que su hermano mand\u00f3 a cerrar la tranquera de la Estancia con un candado entonces los trabajadores no pueden salir a buscar alimentos ni medicamentos y circular con libertad.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media2.elonce.com.ar\/fotos-nuevo\/2020\/10\/24\/o_1603581705.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>En tanto, el Proyecto Artigas, que es liderada por Juan Grabois, hicieron saber que los hermanos de Dolores, decidieron cerrar el guardaganados (puerta de ingreso) a la estancia con cadenas y candados. Denunciaron que Luis Miguel Etchevehere viol\u00f3 la orden de restricci\u00f3n a favor de su hermana Dolores, y por eso desde el Proyecto Artigas alertaban que el ex ministro de Agricultura macrista no dejaba salir a los trabajadores de la estancia y se acercaba al lugar violando la orden de restricci\u00f3n impuesta por la justicia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La presentaci\u00f3n fue realizada por los hermanos Luis Miguel, Juan Diego, Arturo y su madre que est\u00e1n enfrentados a Dolores en la disputa familiar.
