{"id":51073,"date":"2020-10-08T07:48:17","date_gmt":"2020-10-08T10:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=51073"},"modified":"2020-10-08T07:48:17","modified_gmt":"2020-10-08T10:48:17","slug":"por-que-se-celebra-el-dia-del-trabajador-rural-este-8-de-octubre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/por-que-se-celebra-el-dia-del-trabajador-rural-este-8-de-octubre\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se celebra el D\u00eda del Trabajador Rural este 8 de octubre?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este jueves <strong>8 de octubre se celebra el D\u00eda del Trabajador Rural,<\/strong>\u00a0y es en coincidencia con el nacimiento de\u00a0<strong>Juan Domingo Per\u00f3n<\/strong>, quien fue impulsor de la medida mientras se desempe\u00f1aba como secretario de Trabajo, durante el gobierno de facto del general, <strong>Edelmiro Farrell.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El estatuto fue el\u00a0primer antecedente legal para encuadrar la actividad de los peones rurales, con normas en\u00a0defensa del\u00a0salario, el pago en moneda nacional, descansos obligatorios, hospedaje con condiciones de higiene aceptables, alimentaci\u00f3n, provisi\u00f3n de ropa de trabajo, asistencia medica y farmac\u00e9utica y vacaciones asalariadas.<\/p>\n<div>\n<figure class=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.filo.news\/export\/sites\/claro\/img\/2020\/10\/07\/trabajador-rural-infocampo-1.jpg_670376823.jpg\" alt=\"\" hspace=\"5\" vspace=\"5\" data-height=\"455\" data-size=\"w:1000,h:570\" data-width=\"800\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>La medida se sancion\u00f3\u00a0\u00a0el 8 de octubre de 1944 y se derog\u00f3 en 1980 por el gobierno de facto. En 2004 se reinstaur\u00f3 y se actualiz\u00f3. En tanto, en\u00a02011 se sancion\u00f3 un nuevo estatuto mediante la\u00a0Ley 26.727, de la\u00a0Uni\u00f3n Argentina de Trabajadores Rurales y Estibadores (UATRE), que se form\u00f3 en 1988 como Resoluci\u00f3n del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Naci\u00f3n tras la disoluci\u00f3n de la\u00a0FATRE\u00a0(que naci\u00f3 en 1947).<\/p>\n<p>En 2011, la presidenta\u00a0<strong>Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>\u00a0elev\u00f3 al Congreso un nuevo Estatuto del Pe\u00f3n Rural, mediante la\u00a0<strong>Ley N\u00b0 26.727.<\/strong>\u00a0Esta nueva normativa cre\u00f3 un nuevo r\u00e9gimen previsional que reduce de 65 (60 en el caso de la mujer) a 57 a\u00f1os la edad jubilatoria y a 25 los a\u00f1os de aportes, e incorpora una licencia por paternidad de 30 d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>La ley reconoce adem\u00e1s a los peones rurales remuneraciones m\u00ednimas determinadas por el Consejo Nacional de Trabajo Agrario, que no podr\u00e1n ser menores al salario m\u00ednimo vital y m\u00f3vil, y fija per\u00edodos y lugares de pago.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un d\u00eda como hoy de 1944 se sancion\u00f3 el Estatuto del Pe\u00f3n de Campo mediante el Decreto 28.169.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":30026,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"fifu_image_url":"","fifu_image_alt":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[9],"tags":[1182],"class_list":{"0":"post-51073","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-sociedad","8":"tag-trabajador-rural"},"yoast_head":"<title>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 se celebra el D\u00eda del Trabajador Rural este 8 de octubre?
