\/><\/p>\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda, como aporte hist\u00f3rico-cultural de los pueblos, motiva en mayor o menor medida el desplazamiento de turistas hacia destinos con la finalidad de conocer el patrimonio cultural gastron\u00f3mico material e inmaterial, consumir y disfrutar de productos, servicios y experiencias gastron\u00f3micas propias de cada lugar.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la cartera de Turismo provincial, tiene como iniciativa desarrollar el Mapa Viajero de Sabores de Entre R\u00edos, y para ello, tras distintas reuniones solicit\u00f3 a los municipios realizar un relevamiento, teniendo en cuenta a los actores activos del rubro.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de ese proyecto, Diamante apuesta a poder integrar un espacio dentro de esa propuesta de oferta gastron\u00f3mica. \u201cComenzamos a utilizar los recursos que tenemos, a ordenarlos, a relevarlos e intentar ponerlos en valor\u201d dijo el funcionario y agreg\u00f3: \u201clas primeras acciones fueron visitar a tres prestadores locales, d\u00e1ndoles la oportunidad de mostrar y contar lo que hacen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Productos y experiencias gastron\u00f3micas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a 981px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Hern\u00e1n Ledesma<\/strong>, chef de Rivera Rest\u00f3, comparti\u00f3 desde su local, como prepara el plato que representa a la ciudad, <em>\u00abEl Dorado Gran Diamante\u00bb<\/em>, una creaci\u00f3n de Beatriz Loza y Erika Lange, en el a\u00f1o 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Seguidamente,\u00a0 <strong>Augusto Gassman<\/strong>, abri\u00f3 las puertas de su planta de cerveza artesanal Ail\u00e9, un emprendimiento familiar que comenz\u00f3 hace dos a\u00f1os aproximadamente. Entre su packaging tur\u00edstico se destacan dos estilos de cerveza, una Porter (negra) y una Golden (rubia).<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, esta primera parte de relevamiento, se hizo un recorrido por la f\u00e1brica de Caramelos y Regionales Rau.
