{"id":37271,"date":"2019-10-21T08:23:56","date_gmt":"2019-10-21T11:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=37271"},"modified":"2019-10-21T08:23:56","modified_gmt":"2019-10-21T11:23:56","slug":"productores-que-no-justifiquen-el-origen-legal-no-podran-hacer-uso-propio-de-semillas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/productores-que-no-justifiquen-el-origen-legal-no-podran-hacer-uso-propio-de-semillas\/","title":{"rendered":"Productores que no justifiquen el origen legal no podr\u00e1n hacer uso propio de semillas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0<strong>Instituto Nacional de Semillas (INASE)<\/strong>\u00a0inform\u00f3 que lo<strong>s productores que no justifiquen el origen legal de las semillas no podr\u00e1n hacer el uso propio<\/strong>\u00a0en forma gratuita.<\/p>\n<p>La medida se enmarca en una nueva campa\u00f1a de control de uso de semillas que el INASE lanz\u00f3, para la que se basar\u00e1 en la informaci\u00f3n que obtenga del\u00a0<strong>Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n Simplificado Agr\u00edcola (SISA)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La notificaci\u00f3n cuando encuentre una <strong>inconsistencia en las declaraciones respecto de la semilla utilizada<\/strong>, y comunicar\u00e1 el incumplimiento a la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (<strong>AFIP<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<div id=\"inread\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cAquellos que no justifiquen el origen legal de la semilla<strong>\u00a0no podr\u00e1n hacer uso de la excepci\u00f3n del art. 27<\/strong>\u00a0y dicha informaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 disponible<strong>\u00a0para que los obtentores puedan ejercer el derecho que corresponda\u201d<\/strong>, detall\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se describi\u00f3, los controles se centran concretamente en el an\u00e1lisis de la informaci\u00f3n recaudada sobre la comercializaci\u00f3n de semilla de clase fiscalizada, que se compara con las declaraciones juradas brindadas por los productores en el SISA. Adem\u00e1s,<strong>\u00a0en forma aleatoria se toman muestras de granos en camiones para estudiar el ADN<\/strong>\u00a0de la semilla.<\/p>\n<p>Esta modalidad ya comenz\u00f3, y se iniciaron<strong>\u00a0algunas\u00a0investigaciones administrativas<\/strong>\u00a0sobre los incumplimientos que se detectaron, principalmente por no contar con la documentaci\u00f3n que ampare la adquisici\u00f3n legal de las variedades de semilla utilizadas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHasta el momento se efectuaron un total de\u00a0<strong>2.000 requerimientos<\/strong>\u00a0y, una vez analizadas las respuestas y la documentaci\u00f3n aportada, se remitieron<strong>\u00a0m\u00e1s de 800 comunicaciones\u00a0<\/strong>a productores que no se encontraban<strong>\u00a0encuadrados en la normativa<\/strong>\u201c, indic\u00f3 el INASE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El INASE avis\u00f3 que intimar\u00e1 a los productores por medio de una notificaci\u00f3n cuando encuentre una inconsistencia en las declaraciones respecto de la semilla utilizada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":19851,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"fifu_image_url":"","fifu_image_alt":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[10],"tags":[191,71,1257,120,818],"class_list":{"0":"post-37271","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-campo","8":"tag-agricultura","9":"tag-campo","10":"tag-ley-de-semillas","11":"tag-produccion","12":"tag-productores"},"yoast_head":"<title>Productores que no justifiquen el origen legal no podr\u00e1n hacer uso propio de semillas -
