{"id":35210,"date":"2019-07-24T17:11:37","date_gmt":"2019-07-24T20:11:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/?p=35210"},"modified":"2019-07-24T19:33:19","modified_gmt":"2019-07-24T22:33:19","slug":"como-hacer-kreppel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/como-hacer-kreppel\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer kreppel?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Desde <em><strong>IN<\/strong><\/em> decidimos presentar la receta del cl\u00e1sico kreppel:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00bd litro de leche cuajada (cortada)<br \/>\n&#8211; 3 yemas<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucharada de crema<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cucharada al ras de bicarbonato<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd taza de az\u00facar<br \/>\n&#8211; \u00bd \u00a0kilo de harina<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br \/>\nPoner en una olla la leche, el az\u00facar, la yema, el bicarbonato y la crema. Unir todos los ingredientes batiendo con una esp\u00e1tula o con las manos. Colocar sobre fuego para entibiar.<\/p>\n<p>En un bol poner la harina. Volcar dentro la preparaci\u00f3n anteriormente elaborada y unir, teniendo mucho cuidado de\u00a0 no realizar una masa demasiada dura, m\u00e1s bien que sea blanda. Una vez finalizada la tarea, dejar descansar durante dos horas.<\/p>\n<p>Luego estirar la masa sobre la mesa con un palote, tratando de que no sea tan delgada (1 cm de altura aproximadamente).
