Del acto participaron el intendente, <strong>Gustavo Vergara<\/strong>;\u00a0el secretario de Gobierno, <strong>Pablo Omarini<\/strong>; integrantes del<strong> Sindicato de Trabajadores Municipales<\/strong> y dem\u00e1s funcionarios.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 a <em><strong>IN<\/strong><\/em>, las <strong>recategorizaciones<\/strong> \u00absurgieron de un proceso de di\u00e1logo y evaluaci\u00f3n conjunta con la representaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores, en la que se tuvieron en cuenta distintos aspectos: <strong>desempe\u00f1o diario, responsabilidad, predisposici\u00f3n al trabajo<\/strong> y <strong>antig\u00fcedad<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se analiz\u00f3 especialmente la situaci\u00f3n de aquellas personas de <strong>edad avanzada, cercanas a jubilarse<\/strong> <strong>y la de qui\u00e9nes -sin raz\u00f3n aparente- hac\u00eda mucho tiempo no recib\u00edan un ascenso en la carrera laboral,<\/strong> indicaron desde el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo se destaca que las recategorizaciones constituyen un mecanismo muy importante para el desarrollo de una carrera laboral dentro del municipio. En ese marco, adelantaron que \u00aben el mediano plazo, <strong>se estudia la implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema con mayor previsibilidad para el trabajador<\/strong>, que fortalezca la carrera administrativa y reduzca el margen para decisiones arbitrarias de cualquier tipo\u00bb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Son empleados, que entre otras cosas, se destacan por su \u00abdesempe\u00f1o diario, responsabilidad, predisposici\u00f3n al trabajo y antig\u00fcedad\u00bb, informaron desde el municipio.
