La iniciativa de la senadora nacional por Unidad Ciudadana propone anular las subas de los \u00faltimos meses para\u00a0<strong>retrotraer\u00a0su costo al 1 de enero de 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el caso de las pymes y a las cooperativas de trabajo, el beneficio se aplicar\u00eda\u00a0\u201csiempre y cuando no despidan ni suspendan trabajadores y trabajadoras, sin justa causa,<strong>\u00a0hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2019<\/strong>, sin importar su modalidad contractual. Seg\u00fan el texto de la norma, al que accedi\u00f3 la agencia\u00a0<em>Noticias Argentinas<\/em>, esta protecci\u00f3n tarifaria caducar\u00e1 de forma autom\u00e1tica en caso de que incumplan esta cl\u00e1usula\u201d, de acuerdo al texto del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte,<strong>\u00a0la iniciativa de la expresidenta crea en el \u00e1mbito del Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n el \u201cComit\u00e9 Nacional de Emergencia Tarifaria\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0con la finalidad de supervisar, controlar e implementar la ley.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho organismo estar\u00e1 compuesto por dos representantes de los usuarios y consumidores; dos representantes de los trabajadores; tres representantes de las empresas prestatarias;\u00a0<strong>cuatro senadores; cuatro diputados, y tres representantes del Poder Ejecutivo<\/strong>: todos ellos ejercer\u00e1n su cargo ad-honorem.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto de Cristina promueve que el comit\u00e9 tenga a su cargo la revisi\u00f3n tarifaria integral de las actas acuerdo de renegociaci\u00f3n de\u00a0todos los contratos llevados a cabo con las empresas prestatarias de los servicios p\u00fablicos,\u00a0desde el 1\u00b0 de enero del a\u00f1o 2017 hasta la culminaci\u00f3n de la emergencia p\u00fablica en materia tarifaria.<\/p>\n<p>La revisi\u00f3n, de acuerdo a la inicativa, ser\u00e1 vinculante, y tendr\u00e1 por objeto adecuar los cuadros tarifarios vigentes hacia una tarifa \u201cjusta y razonable\u201d. \u201cAdem\u00e1s de estas medidas urgentes para<strong>\u00a0cuidar el bolsillo de los argentinos y argentinas ante el brutal ajuste<\/strong>\u00a0de tarifas, realizamos una propuesta para resolver el problema de fondo mediante una Revisi\u00f3n Tarifaria Integral\u201d, explic\u00f3 la ex presidenta a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, seg\u00fan reprodujo Perfil.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La senadora nacional present\u00f3 un proyecto de ley para retrotraer las subas de tarifas al 1\u00b0 de enero de 2017.
