El hecho tuvo lugar en una zona rural del Ejido Este, espec\u00edficamente a la altura del <strong>kil\u00f3metro 599 de la Ruta 12<\/strong>, donde el personal de la Jefatura <strong>Departamental La Paz<\/strong> se encontraba investigando el robo de animales en campos de la zona.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/thumbnail?id=1XOTusG6t7El13QJ1ajHmRALpIOfU6CZM&amp;sz=w2048\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-249727 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/thumbnail?id=1XOTusG6t7El13QJ1ajHmRALpIOfU6CZM&amp;sz=w2048-h2048\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La patrulla, compuesta por el sargento ayudante <strong>Sergio Jalil<\/strong> y el cabo primero <strong>\u00c1ngel Mesquida<\/strong>, se desplazaba en el m\u00f3vil 956 por un camino vecinal tras recibir denuncias por el robo de corderos en una propiedad de las inmediaciones. Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n policial, la situaci\u00f3n escal\u00f3 repentinamente en el momento en que Mesquida intent\u00f3 trasponer un cerco de alambre para inspeccionar el terreno. Tras ser asistido de urgencia por su compa\u00f1ero y trasladado a un centro m\u00e9dico, se confirm\u00f3 que permanece internado bajo observaci\u00f3n. Si bien su vida no corre peligro, los profesionales de traumatolog\u00eda eval\u00faan por estas horas si el funcionario deber\u00e1 ser sometido a una intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica debido al da\u00f1o \u00f3seo provocado por el impacto de bala.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente, los investigadores trabajan en el lugar del hecho para recolectar rastros y determinar la identidad de quienes abrieron fuego desde el interior de la propiedad.
