Con un incremento del <b data-path-to-node=\"3\" data-index-in-node=\"210\">14,29%<\/b>, la medida busca equilibrar los par\u00e1metros impositivos frente a la din\u00e1mica inflacionaria registrada durante la segunda mitad del a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"4\"><strong>Nuevos valores para las cuotas mensuales<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">El ajuste impacta de forma integral en los tres componentes del pago: el impuesto integrado, el aporte jubilatorio y la obra social. Seg\u00fan la nueva escala vigente para abril de 2026, los montos totales a abonar presentan una brecha significativa entre los extremos del r\u00e9gimen:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Categor\u00eda A:<\/b> El monto mensual asciende a <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"41\">$42.386,74<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Categor\u00eda K:<\/b> Para la escala m\u00e1s alta, el pago llega a <b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"54\">$1.381.687,90<\/b> en el caso de locaci\u00f3n de servicios, mientras que para la venta de bienes muebles se sit\u00faa en <b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"162\">$600.879,51<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Este esquema de actualizaci\u00f3n semestral garantiza que la carga tributaria guarde relaci\u00f3n con la evoluci\u00f3n de los precios, previ\u00e9ndose una nueva revisi\u00f3n para el mes de septiembre.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"8\"><strong>Actualizaci\u00f3n de los topes de facturaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Adem\u00e1s del costo fiscal, el alivio para los monotributistas llega por el lado de los <b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"85\">umbrales de ingresos brutos<\/b>. Al subir los topes, se evita que un contribuyente sea desplazado al R\u00e9gimen General (Responsable Inscripto) simplemente por el efecto nominal de la inflaci\u00f3n en sus ventas.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Desde ahora, el l\u00edmite de facturaci\u00f3n anual para la <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"52\">categor\u00eda A<\/b> se ubica en <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"76\">$10.277.988,13<\/b>, mientras que el techo m\u00e1ximo del sistema (<b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"134\">categor\u00eda K<\/b>) asciende a <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"158\">$108.357.084,05<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-path-to-node=\"11\"><strong>Riesgos y sanciones por falta de pago<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\">Desde el organismo recaudador recordaron la importancia de mantener la cuenta corriente al d\u00eda. El incumplimiento administrativo puede derivar en la imposibilidad de emitir facturas o realizar tr\u00e1mites bancarios.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13\">Sin embargo, la sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1s severa es la <b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"41\">baja autom\u00e1tica<\/b>: aquellos contribuyentes que acumulen <b data-path-to-node=\"13\" data-index-in-node=\"95\">diez per\u00edodos consecutivos sin pagar<\/b> ser\u00e1n excluidos del r\u00e9gimen, lo que los obliga a inscribirse en el sistema general, asumiendo costos operativos y tributarios considerablemente m\u00e1s elevados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir de abril, los contribuyentes del r\u00e9gimen simplificado deber\u00e1n afrontar nuevos valores mensuales.
