El objetivo del encuentro fue iniciar las gestiones necesarias para la puesta en funcionamiento del Juzgado de Paz de tercera categor\u00eda creado por Ley N\u00ba 10.507 de la Legislatura de Entre R\u00edos.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Reuni\u00f3n-STJ-con-Municipio-Aranguren.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-25303 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Reuni\u00f3n-STJ-con-Municipio-Aranguren.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"729\" height=\"502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Reuni\u00f3n-STJ-con-Municipio-Aranguren.jpg 729w, https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Reuni\u00f3n-STJ-con-Municipio-Aranguren-300x207.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 729px) 100vw, 729px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El titular del STJ <strong> <em>Dr. Emilio Castrill\u00f3n<\/em>,\u00a0<\/strong>acompa\u00f1ado por la Arquitecta<strong> Diana Zilli,<\/strong>\u00a0jefa del \u00e1rea de Planeamiento e Infraestructura del Poder Judicial, recibi\u00f3 al presidente municipal de Villa Aranguren, <strong>Eduardo Tessore Grosso<\/strong> y el presidente del HCD, <strong>Dr. N\u00e9stor Ra\u00fal Ostorero.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Las autoridades municipales expresaron la posibilidad de ceder un terreno para la construcci\u00f3n de un edificio para el funcionamiento del organismo judicial creado por Ley del 15 de agosto de 2017, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, la posibilidad de alquilar un inmueble para la puesta en marcha del Juzgado en el mediano plazo, propuestas cuya factibilidad se analizar\u00e1 por las \u00e1reas t\u00e9cnicas del Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>La Ley N\u00ba 10.507 de la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos dispone en su art\u00edculo 1\u00ba: \u201ccr\u00e9ase un Juzgado de Paz de tercera categor\u00eda en la circunscripci\u00f3n judicial de Entre R\u00edos, con asiento en Villa Aranguren, Departamento Nogoy\u00e1\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Dr. Emilio Castrill&oacute;n, mantuvo una reuni&oacute;n de trabajo con las autoridades de Villa Aranguren.
