Con las escenas de violencia de los \u00faltimos d\u00edas de diciembre a\u00fan frescas, y en medio de las vacaciones de buena parte de los dirigentes del oficialismo y de la oposici\u00f3n, el Gobierno resolvi\u00f3\u00a0postergar para despu\u00e9s de febrero el debate en torno a la reforma laboral<\/strong>, motivado por la falta de consenso en el sindicalismo y en los bloques opositores.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

De esta manera, la Casa Rosada evitar\u00eda discutir la reforma en febrero, en per\u00edodo de sesiones extraordinarias, como se hab\u00eda especulado en un primer momento. Hasta diciembre la idea del Gobierno era impulsar el proyecto cuanto antes, en l\u00ednea con el paquete de reformas tributaria, fiscal y previsional sancionado a fin del 2017. Las trabas de la oposici\u00f3n y el costo pol\u00edtico de las escandalosas sesiones de fin de a\u00f1o en torno a la Reforma Previsional obligaron a posponerla. A\u00fan se desconoce, en ese sentido, si Mauricio Macri intentar\u00e1 avanzar con otros proyectos de ley el pr\u00f3ximo mes o si esperar\u00e1 directamente al inicio de las sesiones ordinarias, en marzo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La postergaci\u00f3n del debate por los cambios en el mercado laboral se da en medio de un momento de idas y vueltas entre el Gobierno y un sector del sindicalismo y de pujas internas en torno a la conducci\u00f3n de la CGT, una clara se\u00f1al de que los tiempos pol\u00edticos cambiaron tras los incidentes de fin de a\u00f1o frente al Parlamento. A mediados de noviembre, y tras una reuni\u00f3n con la central obrera, el Ministerio de Trabajo sac\u00f3 un breve comunicado en el que rescat\u00f3 que \u201cluego del trabajo conjunto con cada uno de los sectores\u201d, se hab\u00eda alcanzado \u201cel nivel de consenso necesario para enviar el proyecto de ordenamiento laboral al Congreso de la Naci\u00f3n para su tratamiento en las pr\u00f3ximas semanas\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Ayer,\u00a0el ministro Jorge Triaca fue uno de los que estuvo en una Casa Rosada semi vac\u00eda<\/strong>, junto a Rogelio Frigerio, Mario Quintana y Gustavo Lopetegui, los dos vicejefes de Gabinete.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

La preocupaci\u00f3n en torno a los cambios laborales hab\u00eda sido adem\u00e1s uno de los temas que sobrevol\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n que hace dos semanas mantuvieron el ministro del Interior y su vice, Sebasti\u00e1n Garc\u00eda de Luca, con un grupo de intendentes del PJ de la provincia de Buenos Aires encabezados por Gustavo Men\u00e9ndez -titular del partido bonaerense- y el diputado Diego Bossio. El ex director de la ANSES integra el bloque de diputados peronistas que acompa\u00f1\u00f3 en buena medida la Reforma Previsional impulsada por el oficialismo, pero que pidi\u00f3 postergar el tratamiento de la laboral.
