{"id":240106,"date":"2025-11-10T14:35:31","date_gmt":"2025-11-10T17:35:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=240106"},"modified":"2025-11-10T14:35:31","modified_gmt":"2025-11-10T17:35:31","slug":"se-actualizan-los-ingredientes-y-valores-permitidos-para-la-elaboracion-de-chacinados","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/se-actualizan-los-ingredientes-y-valores-permitidos-para-la-elaboracion-de-chacinados\/","title":{"rendered":"Se actualizan los ingredientes y valores permitidos para la elaboraci\u00f3n de chacinados"},"content":{"rendered":"<article>\n<section class=\"content_format\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-8 col-md-offset-2\">\n<div class=\"panel-pane pane-texto\">\n<div class=\"pane-content\">\n<div class=\"\">\n<p>En el marco de su pol\u00edtica de mejora continua y adecuaci\u00f3n normativa, el\u00a0<strong>Servicio Nacional de Sanidad y Calidad Agroalimentaria (SENASA)<\/strong>\u00a0aprob\u00f3 dos\u00a0<strong>resoluciones<\/strong>, publicadas hoy en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial, que\u00a0<strong>actualizan e incorporan ingredientes y productos referidos a chacinados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Mediante la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/334173\/20251107\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 849\/2025<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0se introducen modificaciones referentes a los\u00a0<strong>ingredientes que pueden agregarse a los chacinados, incorporando nuevos a los permitidos<\/strong>, y que clarifica la naturaleza de algunos de los componentes autorizados con el objetivo de incoporar mejoras en su funcionalidad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, se public\u00f3 la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/334174\/20251107\"><strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 850\/2025<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0la cual\u00a0<strong>incorpora los productos \u201cpitina\u201d y \u201cpitina tipo friulana\u201d que no se encontraban regulados<\/strong>. Estos productos obedecen al tipo de\u00a0<strong>chacinados secos no embutidos y ahumado<\/strong>\u00a0que tienen como particularidad la de estar recubiertos por una pel\u00edcula de harina de ma\u00edz o s\u00e9mola de ma\u00edz la cual les confiere un color dorado.<\/p>\n<p>Esta incorporaci\u00f3n permite diversificar la oferta de productos sobre la base de carne ovina, en combinaci\u00f3n con otras especies, favoreciendo la inserci\u00f3n de esta materia prima en productos formulados.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/article>\n<section class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"panel-pane
