{"id":231343,"date":"2025-08-23T12:11:41","date_gmt":"2025-08-23T15:11:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=231343"},"modified":"2025-08-23T12:28:47","modified_gmt":"2025-08-23T15:28:47","slug":"flavia-pamberger-sobre-cobros-indebidos-en-el-cementerio-hubo-sanciones-y-seguimos-la-investigacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/flavia-pamberger-sobre-cobros-indebidos-en-el-cementerio-hubo-sanciones-y-seguimos-la-investigacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Flavia Pamberger sobre cobros indebidos en el cementerio: \u201cHubo sanciones y seguimos la investigaci\u00f3n\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La intendenta de General Ram\u00edrez, <strong>Flavia Pamberger<\/strong> brind\u00f3 su punto de vista y dio cuenta de las actuaciones realizadas como m\u00e1xima autoridad pol\u00edtica de la ciudad ante la<strong> denuncia por el supuesto cobro indebido para un sepelio en el Cementerio Municipal.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, la mandataria <strong>destac\u00f3 \u201cla valent\u00eda\u201d de la familia que realiz\u00f3 la denuncia <\/strong>y asegur\u00f3 que a partir de ese momento comenzaron con las averiguaciones y trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n interno para ver las partes involucradas y sus responsabilidades en el hecho. <strong>\u201cCharlamos con todos los actores involucrados y se tomaron las sanciones correspondientes tanto al empleado como al encargado del cementerio porque deb\u00edamos marcar una l\u00ednea clara\u201d,<\/strong> asegur\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien inform\u00f3 que fue la \u00fanica denuncia formal que recibieron, una vez que sali\u00f3 a la luz el tema, reconoci\u00f3 que <strong>hubo relatos similares de familias que debieron hacer un \u201cpago indebido\u201d mientras atravesaban el dif\u00edcil momento de la perdida de un familiar en los a\u00f1os 2011, 2018, 2023<\/strong>. <strong>\u201cSeguimos avanzando para tomar las medidas necesarias ante un hecho ilegal\u201d,<\/strong> asegur\u00f3 al canal de cable local <em>Canal 6 RCV.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/?direct_file=eyJpZCI6IjFsbnF5Q3ZZNjRiR2xQYjg1QXUxZ3ZqQWxKbThJWkpyMSIsImFjY291bnRJZCI6IjEzNTE3MDI2MDE4NTQ5MzU3ODYzIn0=&amp;embed=1\" width=\"100%\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Servicios especiales<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Por otro lado, Pamberger aclar\u00f3 que dentro del cementerio hay trabajos que se suelen denominar \u201cservicios especiales\u201d los cuales <strong>est\u00e1n tarifados dentro de la Ordenanza Tributaria Municipal y que cuando se requiere uno de estos servicios como por ejemplo \u201cuna reducci\u00f3n de una persona fallecida ya hace mucho tiempo, lo correcto es que vengan a la caja municipal y abonen y a partir de ah\u00ed un empleado municipal lleva a cabo la tarea y se le reconoce en su recibo de sueldo\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Todo cobro requiere de un recibo oficial\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Respecto al <strong>costo para el uso del cementerio<\/strong>, hay distintos valores que ya est\u00e1n tarifados. <strong>Ya no existe el derecho de propiedad, ahora se otorga un permiso por diferentes periodos de tiempo<\/strong> que depende del tipo de contrataci\u00f3n que hace la familia. <strong>\u201cTodo se hace exclusivamente en las cajas habilitadas en la Municipalidad o en la Terminal de \u00d3mnibus. Los empleados municipales no tienen ning\u00fan permiso para cobrar nada sin un recibo oficial. Nadie puede percibir un cobro extra<\/strong>\u201d, subvray\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, en referencia al exfuncionario que fue involucrado en el hecho, Flavia Pamberger coment\u00f3: <strong>\u201cEntendemos la situaci\u00f3n de \u2018Tito\u2019 (Roberto Riffel) pero nunca estuvo en juego su nombre, honor y buen accionar.<\/strong> Sabemos el tipo de persona que es.
