El debate se realiz\u00f3 en Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>El Tribunal Oral Federal de Paran\u00e1, en su integraci\u00f3n unipersonal en la vocal\u00eda de Noem\u00ed Berros, resolvi\u00f3 condenar a Jes\u00fas Alberto Magallanes y Oscar Alberto Magallanes, a tres a\u00f1os y seis meses de c\u00e1rcel, y a Miguel Ram\u00f3n Morales a tres a\u00f1os y tres meses de prisi\u00f3n efectiva, por el delito de Estrago doloso por la quema de pastizales en la zona de islas de Victoria.<\/p>\n<p>Los tres condenados \u2013apicultores- fueron encontrados coautores del delito de Estrago doloso. Los hombres enfrentaron cargos por haber provocado, de forma intencional, un fuego de gran magnitud en la zona del arroyo El Tigre, Islas Lechiguanas, durante agosto de 2022, un mes cr\u00edtico por la proliferaci\u00f3n de focos \u00edgneos en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h6><em><strong>Del archivo:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/santa-elena-abrio-la-temporada-oficial-de-pesca-del-dorado-en-el-rio-parana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Santa Elena abri\u00f3 la temporada oficial de pesca del dorado en el r\u00edo Paran\u00e1<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/h6>\n<p>El debate fue presidido por la jueza Federal, Noem\u00ed Berros, integrante del Tribunal Oral Federal en lo Criminal de Paran\u00e1. La causa judicial comenz\u00f3 a sustanciarse por los acontecimientos ocurridos el 23 de agosto de 2022 en la zona del arroyo El Tigre, en las Islas Lechiguanas, a la altura del kil\u00f3metro 310 del r\u00edo Paran\u00e1, donde el fuego comenz\u00f3 y se propag\u00f3 afectando a la ciudad de Rosario y zona de influencia.<\/p>\n<p>La versi\u00f3n defensiva de los acusados consisti\u00f3 en convencer a la jueza que su intenci\u00f3n fue realizar un cortafuego para proteger colmenas, pero el fuego se descontrol\u00f3 y termin\u00f3 consumiendo m\u00e1s de seis mil hect\u00e1reas de humedal.<\/p>\n<p>La nube de humo provocada por ese incendio cruz\u00f3 el r\u00edo y afect\u00f3 de forma directa al sur de Santa Fe, incluyendo a Rosario, donde se vivieron jornadas marcadas por la
