{"id":226511,"date":"2025-07-08T12:42:16","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T15:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=226511"},"modified":"2025-07-08T22:52:00","modified_gmt":"2025-07-09T01:52:00","slug":"cayo-un-9-la-produccion-de-sorgo-en-entre-rios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/cayo-un-9-la-produccion-de-sorgo-en-entre-rios\/","title":{"rendered":"Cay\u00f3 un 9% la producci\u00f3n de sorgo en Entre R\u00edos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La expansi\u00f3n del \u00e1rea se origin\u00f3 principalmente por la ca\u00edda en la superficie destinada al cultivo de ma\u00edz, la cual fue mayormente reemplazada por soja de primera, y en menor medida, por sorgo.<\/p>\n<p>El per\u00edodo cr\u00edtico de la mayor\u00eda de los lotes coincidi\u00f3 con un contexto de altas temperaturas y estr\u00e9s h\u00eddrico, lo que ocasion\u00f3 que el cultivo retrasara temporalmente su desarrollo a la espera de mejores condiciones clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n<p>Como consecuencia, el rendimiento promedio provincial fue de 3.575 kg\/ha y mostr\u00f3 una ca\u00edda interanual del 6% (247 kg\/ha).<\/p>\n<p>La producci\u00f3n total fue de 319.950 toneladas, lo que signific\u00f3 una disminuci\u00f3n del 9% respecto al ciclo anterior (29.730 toneladas).
