{"id":217558,"date":"2025-04-07T12:38:22","date_gmt":"2025-04-07T15:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=217558"},"modified":"2025-04-07T21:42:02","modified_gmt":"2025-04-08T00:42:02","slug":"abrieron-los-sobres-para-obras-en-complejo-educativo-de-general-ramirez","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/abrieron-los-sobres-para-obras-en-complejo-educativo-de-general-ramirez\/","title":{"rendered":"Abrieron los sobres para obras en complejo educativo de General Ram\u00edrez"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El gobierno provincial, a trav\u00e9s del Ministerio de Planeamiento, Infraestructura y Servicios, llev\u00f3 a cabo la apertura de sobres para la ejecuci\u00f3n de obras en el Complejo Educativo Francisco Ram\u00edrez, ubicado en la ciudad de General Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n<p>El ministro de <strong>Planeamiento, Infraestructura y Servicios<\/strong>, <strong>Dar\u00edo Schneider<\/strong>, indic\u00f3 que \u00abesta es la primera apertura de sobres del plan de obras en educaci\u00f3n, que el a\u00f1o pasado eran denominadas emergencias, y que nos hemos propuesto llevar adelante en toda la provincia para dar respuestas concretas a las necesidades de nuestras escuelas\u00bb. Asimismo, explic\u00f3 que \u00abeste tipo de obras, aunque menores en volumen, son fundamentales para garantizar condiciones adecuadas para el desarrollo de las actividades educativas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>Complejo Educativo Francisco Ram\u00edrez<\/strong> alberga a m\u00e1s de 750 estudiantes y re\u00fane a cuatro instituciones: la Escuela Secundaria N\u00b0 4 Francisco Ram\u00edrez, la <strong>Escuela T\u00e9cnica N\u00b0 114 Justo Jos\u00e9 de Urquiza, la Escuela de J\u00f3venes y Adultos N\u00b0 2 30 de Octubre y el Instituto de Formaci\u00f3n Docente Paulo Freire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n, que cuenta con un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 60 d\u00edas corridos, contempla el <strong>reacondicionamiento integral de la instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica del ala derecha del edificio, con una superficie estimada de 900 metros cuadrados.<\/strong> Las tareas incluyen el retiro de tendidos el\u00e9ctricos obsoletos, instalaci\u00f3n de nuevos tableros, recableado de puntos de luz y tomacorrientes, y colocaci\u00f3n de nuevas luminarias. En cuanto a los trabajos sanitarios, se prev\u00e9 la <strong>optimizaci\u00f3n de la distribuci\u00f3n de agua en distintos sectores del complejo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El acto fue encabezado por la Direcci\u00f3n General de Arquitectura y Construcciones, en el marco del procedimiento administrativo de cotejo de precios.
