Las empresas argumentan que estos incrementos son necesarios para garantizar la calidad del servicio, aunque el alza ser\u00e1 nuevamente superior a la inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Medicus fue la primera en anunciar el ajuste, seguido por otras firmas que comenzaron a notificar a sus afiliados tras la publicaci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) de noviembre por el INDEC. A pesar de que el incremento es menor al de diciembre, las prepagas acumulan una suba anual cercana al 121%.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Gobierno investiga a las prepagas por cartelizaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>El anuncio del nuevo ajuste llega en un contexto delicado, ya que el Gobierno imput\u00f3 a siete empresas por presunta cartelizaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Defensa de la Competencia, las firmas habr\u00edan acordado fijar precios y coordinar alzas en las cuotas de manera anticompetitiva.<\/p>\n<p>Las prepagas imputadas incluyen a Galeno, Hospital Brit\u00e1nico, Hospital Alem\u00e1n, Medif\u00e9, Swiss Medical, Omint y OSDE, junto con la Uni\u00f3n Argentina de Salud (UAS).
