{"id":204437,"date":"2024-11-22T13:45:33","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T16:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=204437"},"modified":"2024-11-22T13:54:51","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T16:54:51","slug":"arca-establecio-nuevos-limites-sobre-las-transferencias","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/arca-establecio-nuevos-limites-sobre-las-transferencias\/","title":{"rendered":"ARCA estableci\u00f3 nuevos l\u00edmites sobre las transferencias"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de su\u00a0<strong>restructuraci\u00f3n la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA)\u00a0<\/strong>(ex AFIP) comenz\u00f3 a establecer nuevas regulaciones en\u00a0<strong>materia fiscal\u00a0<\/strong>para los ciudadanos argentinos. De esta manera, el organismo determin\u00f3 la\u00a0<strong>cantidad de transferencias\u00a0<\/strong>que se podr\u00e1n realizar por d\u00eda sin ser investigados.<\/p>\n<p>Los l\u00edmites alcanzan tanto a entidades financieras como a billeteras virtuales y el objetivo de esta regulaci\u00f3n es poder contar con la trazabilidad del dinero y\u00a0<strong>confirmar que el mismo proviene de fuentes legales<\/strong>. En caso de superar el tope de operaciones o de montos transaccionados, ARCA podr\u00e1 solicitar informaci\u00f3n sobre el perfil del cliente por considerar que lleva a cabo movimientos \u00absospechosos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>ARCA:\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas transferencias puedo realizar por d\u00eda?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En referencia a la cantidad de transferencias que se podr\u00e1n realizar en un mismo d\u00eda, los distintos bancos o las\u00a0<strong>billeteras virtuales\u00a0<\/strong>establecen sus propios l\u00edmites diarios. As\u00ed, los topes de movimientos depender\u00e1n de la reglamentaci\u00f3n que disponga cada instituci\u00f3n para sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno reestructur\u00f3 la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP) y la renombr\u00f3 como Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n y Control Aduanero (ARCA).<\/p>\n<p>En muchos de estos casos, las entidades financieras disponen de un\u00a0<strong>l\u00edmite de dinero por d\u00eda<\/strong>, m\u00e1s que de cantidad de transacciones que se pueden hacer. Por ejemplo,\u00a0<strong>algunos bancos ofrecen un tope de $8.000.000.\u00a0<\/strong>Por otro lado,\u00a0<strong>la billetera virtual MODO<\/strong>\u00a0establece el m\u00e1ximo de movimientos en $2.000.000, mientras que Mercado Pago lo fija en $500.000.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto dinero se puede tener en una billetera virtual sin declarar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>ARCA\u00a0<\/strong>tambi\u00e9n\u00a0<strong>pondr\u00e1 el foco sobre la cantidad de dinero con la que cuenta un usuario en una billetera virtual sin declarar.<\/strong>\u00a0As\u00ed, el organismo detall\u00f3 que solicitar\u00e1 los datos de todos las personas que posean\u00a0<strong>saldos mensuales iguales o superiores a $700.000.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n se delimitaron los ingresos y egresos no justificados que se realicen a trav\u00e9s de estas aplicaciones o cuentas bancarias\u00a0<strong>no podr\u00e1n superar los $400.000 por operaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>\u00a0De ser este el caso, el ente fiscal iniciar\u00e1 una causa seguir la trazabilidad del dinero. Estos\u00a0<strong>montos m\u00e1ximos ser\u00e1n actualizados semestralmente<\/strong>, seg\u00fan los datos que arroje el\u00a0<strong>\u00cdndice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC)\u00a0<\/strong>determinado por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Censos\u00a0<strong>(INDEC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan detallaron, el objetivo de llevar a cabo estos controles es poder confirmar que este dinero proviene de fuentes legales y que no se trate de dinero que no haya sido declarado previamente. En este sentido, ser\u00e1n las billeteras virtuales las encargadas de compartir la informaci\u00f3n referente a saldos, transacciones o consumos que\u00a0<strong>superen los l\u00edmites dictaminados por el ARCA.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El organismo fiscal determin\u00f3 los l\u00edmites m\u00e1ximos en los movimientos de cada billetera virtual.
