Este lunes 5 de febrero vence el plazo para que los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes del Monotributo realicen la primera recategorizaci\u00f3n de 2024. Se trata de un tr\u00e1mite obligatorio que se efect\u00faa ante la Administraci\u00f3n Federal de Ingresos P\u00fablicos (AFIP).<\/p>\n

En primera instancia, el organismo hab\u00eda delimitado la fecha para el 22 de enero. Sin embargo, decidi\u00f3 aplazar el tiempo hasta este lunes inclusive para cumplir con la obligaci\u00f3n de recategorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente al semestre julio\/enero 2024.<\/p>\n

El Monotributo tiene dos fechas al a\u00f1o para cambiar o confirmar la categor\u00eda: en enero, que determina los montos m\u00e1ximos de facturaci\u00f3n y la cuota a pagar a partir del 1\u00b0 de febrero con la nueva escala anual. Y la otra en julio.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo hacer la recategorizaci\u00f3n del Monotributo en AFIP<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Seleccionar la opci\u00f3n \u201crecategorizarme\u201d y autom\u00e1ticamente el sistema informar\u00e1 la categor\u00eda actual del contribuyente y los topes de cada par\u00e1metro de esa categor\u00eda.
\nSeleccionar \u201ccontinuar recategorizaci\u00f3n\u201d. Luego, se debe ingresar informaci\u00f3n sobre el monto facturado en los \u00faltimos 12 meses y \u201cconfirmar categor\u00eda\u201d.
\nFinalmente, imprimir la nueva credencial.<\/p>\n

Monotributo: qu\u00e9 pasa si un contribuyente no recategoriza este lunes<\/strong><\/h2>\n

En el caso de que no hacer la recategorizaci\u00f3n hasta el 5 de febrero, la AFIP lo har\u00e1 \u201cde oficio\u201d al contribuyente de forma autom\u00e1tica y aplicar\u00e1 sanciones.<\/p>\n

La recategorizaci\u00f3n de oficio ser\u00e1 notificada por el organismo al Domicilio Fiscal Electr\u00f3nico, el primer d\u00eda h\u00e1bil de agosto. El contribuyente podr\u00e1 consultar los motivos del cambio de categor\u00eda accediendo a la web de AFIP con CUIT y clave fiscal.<\/p>\n

Monotributo: c\u00f3mo quedan las escalas de facturaci\u00f3n desde enero de 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Desde enero, las escalas del Monotributo son las siguientes:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Categor\u00eda A: facturaci\u00f3n anual hasta $2.108.288,01;
\nCategor\u00eda B: $3.133.941,63;
\nCategor\u00eda C: $4.387.518,23;
\nCategor\u00eda D: $5.449.094,55;
\nCategor\u00eda E: $6.416.528,72;
\nCategor\u00eda F: $8.020.660,90;
\nCategor\u00eda G: $9.624.793,05;
\nCategor\u00eda H: $11.916.410,45;
\nCategor\u00eda I: $13.337.213,22;
\nCategor\u00eda J: $15.285.088,04;
\nCategor\u00eda K: $16.957.968,71.<\/p>\n

Monotributo: cu\u00e1nto hay que pagar de cuota mensual<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A partir de enero de 2024, deben abonar las siguientes cuotas en total:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Categor\u00eda A: $12.128,39 tanto los que venden bienes y como los que ofrecen servicios.
\nCategor\u00eda B: $13.561,75 para todos los peque\u00f1os contribuyentes de esta escala.
\nCategor\u00eda C: $15.503,51 para servicios y $7226,83 a $15.241,42 para la venta de productos.
\nCategor\u00eda D: para servicios es de $19.497,94, y de $19.066,46 los que venden productos.
\nCategor\u00eda E: la cuota mensual de $26.945,97 (servicios) y de $24.526,43 venta de cosas muebles;
\nCategor\u00eda F: $33.137,61 para los servicios, y para los que venden productos, de $13,856,32 a $29.223,11;
\nCategor\u00eda G: $38.694,95 para servicios y a $33.439,61 para los productos;
\nCategor\u00eda H: para servicios (la \u00faltima escala permitida) $66.111,51. Mientras, los que venden bienes, $56.402,68;
\nCategor\u00eda I: $81.121,96;
\nCategor\u00eda J: $93.619,47;
