{"id":172016,"date":"2023-11-08T07:20:23","date_gmt":"2023-11-08T10:20:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=172016"},"modified":"2023-11-08T07:20:23","modified_gmt":"2023-11-08T10:20:23","slug":"quedo-inaugurado-oficialmente-el-juzgado-de-paz-de-alcaraz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/quedo-inaugurado-oficialmente-el-juzgado-de-paz-de-alcaraz\/","title":{"rendered":"Qued\u00f3 inaugurado oficialmente el Juzgado de Paz de Alcaraz"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El acto fue presidido por la presidenta del STJ, <strong>Susana Medina<\/strong>, y el vicepresidente, <strong>Daniel Carubia<\/strong>; los vocales<strong> Germ\u00e1n Carlomagno,<\/strong> <strong>Miguel \u00c1ngel Giorgio<\/strong> y <strong>Mart\u00edn Carbonell<\/strong>; la vocal <strong>Gisela Schumacher<\/strong>; el vocal <strong>Leonardo Portela<\/strong>; y la vocal <strong>Laura Soage.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la oportunidad se coloc\u00f3 una c\u00e1psula del tiempo y entre las autoridades presentes estuvieron el intendente <strong>Dar\u00edo Jos\u00e9 Pfenning<\/strong>; la viceintendenta <strong>Mar\u00eda Elena Segovia<\/strong>; el secretario de Gobierno, <strong>Gabriel Perotti<\/strong>; la intendenta electa, <strong>Yamila Acevedo<\/strong>; el viceintendente electo, <strong>Juan Reinaldo Piri<\/strong>; el subcomisario <strong>Pedro Ruiz D\u00edaz<\/strong>; el juez de Garant\u00edas de La Paz, <strong>Ram\u00f3n Lell;<\/strong> el juez de Paz de Villa Urquiza, <strong>Jorge Bolz\u00e1n<\/strong>; la jueza de Paz de Pueblo Brugo, <strong>Fernanda Schoenfeld<\/strong>; y el juez de Paz suplente de Alcaraz, <strong>Maximiliano Hass<\/strong>; el mayor de la Segunda Brigada Blindada,<strong> Ignacio Antonio Funes;<\/strong> integrantes de las fuerzas de seguridad, personal del Juzgado y vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>El Juzgado fue creado en octubre de 2015 por Ley N\u00ba 10.399, con competencia territorial en ese municipio y en el \u00e9jido de Distrito Alcaraz Segundo, funcionando inicialmente en una oficina alquilada por la Municipalidad.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019 el Concejo Deliberante autoriz\u00f3 al Ejecutivo Municipal a donar el terreno al gobierno de la provincia, con el fin de afectarlo a la construcci\u00f3n del edificio del organismo judicial.<\/p>\n<p>Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento del Juzgado, que ocurri\u00f3 en septiembre de 2017, para poder realizar gestiones en el Poder Judicial, los habitantes de Alcaraz deb\u00edan trasladarse a las localidades de Bovril, Hasenkamp o Mar\u00eda Grande.<\/p>\n<p>Villa Alcaraz es un municipio ubicado en el departamento La Paz y cuenta con una poblaci\u00f3n estimada de 3.500 habitantes. Su nombre oficial es Alcaraz, pero en diversas \u00e9pocas fue conocido como Kil\u00f3metro 27, Estaci\u00f3n Alcaraz o Pueblo Arr\u00faa. Surgi\u00f3 de los proyectos de desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del a\u00f1o 1900, con el paso de las v\u00edas del ferrocarril que unieron Paran\u00e1 con Federal.<\/p>\n<p>El trazado del pueblo se realiz\u00f3 en 1914 y el 7 de marzo de ese a\u00f1o se aprobaron los planos, siendo \u00e9sa la fecha indicada para conmemorar su fundaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre 1918 y 1922 se instalaron las v\u00edas y el edificio del ferrocarril, lo que permiti\u00f3 la llegada de inmigrantes de distintos pa\u00edses europeos. En 1968 Alcaraz ten\u00eda Junta de Gobierno y en 1982 pas\u00f3 a ser municipio.<\/p>\n<p>La obra en Alcaraz forma parte del \u201cPlan de Implementaci\u00f3n de Nuevos Juzgados de Paz para la Provincia de Entre R\u00edos\u201d que tiene a su cargo la Direcci\u00f3n de Arquitectura Judicial.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa contempla construcciones tradicionales -con materiales como hormig\u00f3n, mamposter\u00eda y aberturas de aluminio, entre otros-, y la adaptaci\u00f3n de contenedores met\u00e1licos que permiten abaratar costos y reducir los plazos de ejecuci\u00f3n, como en el caso de Alcaraz.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Superior Tribunal de Justicia (STJ) inaugur\u00f3 oficialmente la nueva sede del Juzgado de Paz de Alcaraz, que funciona en calle San Juan 525.
