{"id":159341,"date":"2023-07-26T10:39:54","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T13:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=159341"},"modified":"2023-07-26T13:10:35","modified_gmt":"2023-07-26T16:10:35","slug":"dardo-chiesa-confirmo-un-nuevo-aumento-de-la-carne-cuando-seria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/dardo-chiesa-confirmo-un-nuevo-aumento-de-la-carne-cuando-seria\/","title":{"rendered":"Dardo Chiesa confirm\u00f3 un nuevo aumento de la carne: cu\u00e1ndo ser\u00eda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dardo Chiesa<\/strong>, Coordinador de la Mesa Nacional\u00a0de\u00a0Carnes, le confirm\u00f3 a\u00a0<em>Noticias Argentinas<\/em>\u00a0que habr\u00e1<strong>\u00a0nuevo aumento para primavera\/verano de este a\u00f1o<\/strong>\u00a0ya que el precio \u00abest\u00e1 retrasado casi un 50 por ciento con respecto al IPC\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En el stand del Instituto de la Promoci\u00f3n de la Carne Vacuna Argentina en La Rural, el coordinador explic\u00f3:<strong>\u00a0\u00abLa carne bovina hoy est\u00e1 siendo de techo de las otras carnes. Como est\u00e1 barata, est\u00e1 retrasada casi un 50% con respecto al IPC\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abCuando pasan estas distorsiones, es que empieza a desacelerarse el proceso de producci\u00f3n, se vac\u00edan los corrales y en el transcurso de los 3 o 4 meses siguientes, te empieza a faltar y cuando pasa eso explota el precio. Por eso siempre decimos,\u00a0<strong>la carne no se va acomodando paulatinamente porque como est\u00e1 manoseado en el mercado<\/strong>, generalmente lo que hace es cuando no aguanta m\u00e1s, explota. Nosotros creemos que para\u00a0<strong>primavera, verano<\/strong>\u00a0va a haber un aumento\u00bb, inform\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Al ser consultado sobre si va a ser\u00a0<strong>paulatino o de gran impacto<\/strong>\u00a0el incremento del precio Chiesa sostuvo que<strong>\u00a0depender\u00e1 del plazo de las c\u00e1maras para recuperar el retraso del 50 por ciento.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sobre las \u00faltimas medidas del gobierno nacional el ex presidente de IPCVA remarc\u00f3:\u00a0<strong>\u00abDesde la carne lo vemos con mucha preocupaci\u00f3n. Lo impulsado tiene dos puntas de una soga, por un lado favorece a los productores de agricultura de ma\u00edz, pero por otro lado al no estar las carnes incluidas dentro de la medida del d\u00f3lar agro, a nosotros nos perjudica\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido detall\u00f3:\u00a0<strong>\u00abLo que hace es subirnos sustancialmente los costos, esto impacta directamente en las cadenas de pollo, en la cadena del cerdo y m\u00e1s del 50% de la faena vacuna\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00abDe la reuni\u00f3n lo que sale es que los mayores perjudicados van a ser los actores de la cadena porque va a haber una<strong>\u00a0desaceleraci\u00f3n importante de los engordes y de la producci\u00f3n de las otras carnes<\/strong>\u00ab, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Sequ\u00eda<\/h3>\n<p>Acerca de la crisis que sufri\u00f3 el sector, Chiesa enfatiz\u00f3 que el aumento de la carne tambi\u00e9n se asocia a la sequ\u00eda:\u00a0<strong>\u00abEn el primer semestre del a\u00f1o sali\u00f3 mucho m\u00e1s hacienda de lo que tendr\u00eda que haber salido, por eso tambi\u00e9n soporta el precio bajo, pero no va a estar en el segundo semestre y se va a sentir el proceso de falta de mercader\u00eda para que se recompongan los precios\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sobre la gravedad que caus\u00f3 el factor clim\u00e1tico en todo el pa\u00eds, el coordinador sostuvo: \u00abSe estima que el a\u00f1o que viene por los porcentajes de pre\u00f1\u00e9s\u00a0<strong>van a faltar 1.500.000 terneros para el engorde<\/strong>\u00a0y eso te coloca en una\u00a0<strong>situaci\u00f3n de escasez por lo menos de 2 \u00f3 3 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, con lo cual el mercado va a estar tirante.
