En este sentido, se realizar\u00e1 la primera cuadra de pavimento en calle Independencia al 600.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEste mecanismo, que por primera vez se implementa General Ram\u00edrez, habilita la formaci\u00f3n de consorcios barriales para hacer mejoras en los barrios\u00bb, informaron desde el municipio en un texto enviado a<strong><em> IN.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Estuvieron presentes en dicho acto el viceintendente, <strong>Roberto Riffel<\/strong>; el secretario de Gobierno, <strong>Pablo Omarini<\/strong>; el secretario de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, <strong>Dario Chaparro<\/strong>; el director de Asuntos Legales, <strong>Pablo De Iriondo<\/strong>; el director de Ingresos P\u00fablicos, <strong>Pablo Rode<\/strong>; la subsecretaria de Relaciones con la Comunidad,<strong> Flavia Pamberger<\/strong>; el subsecretario de Pol\u00edticas Sociales, <strong>Walter Schild\u00a0<\/strong>y los concejales del Bloque de Alianza Ram\u00edrense, <strong>Jos\u00e9 Elizalde, Daniel Alarc\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>Carlos Troncoso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, De Iriondo se mostr\u00f3 \u00abmuy satisfecho\u00bb por el hecho al que calific\u00f3 un \u00abgran logro de la nueva gesti\u00f3n\u00bb y agreg\u00f3: \u201cluego de m\u00e1s de 20 a\u00f1os, nuestra ciudad volver\u00e1 a realizar una cuadra de pavimento con maquinarias y mano de obra municipal\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario, quien sostuvo que \u201ceste es el primer paso para la realizaci\u00f3n de muchas obras en la ciudad. Por eso, queremos agradecer a los vecinos porque nuevamente sienten la confianza suficiente para poner sus recursos en manos del municipio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste el SAP?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bajo una iniciativa del Bloque de la Alianza Ramirense, el sistema requiere:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; El acuerdo del 70 por ciento de los vecinos de la cuadra.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Una vez planificada la obra, comienza el ahorro por parte de los vecinos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Alcanzado el 50 por ciento del valor de la obra, el municipio dispone de 30 d\u00edas para iniciar los trabajos, con un plazo de 120 d\u00edas para culminarla.<\/p>\n<p>-Los vecinos tienen el control. El dinero se deposita en una cuenta especial y s\u00f3lo puede ser destinado a esa obra.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La Municipalidad de General Ram\u00edrez aporta conocimiento t\u00e9cnico, mano de obra y herramientas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cada frentista acuerda su plan de pago con posibilidades flexibles seg\u00fan su situaci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Sistema de Ahorro Previo (SAP), se implementa por primera vez en esa ciudad del departamento Diamante y habilita la formaci&oacute;n de consorcios para hacer mejoras en los barrios.
