Es a trav\u00e9s del decreto 647, fechado el 4 de abril de 2016.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2016\/04\/o_1454800198.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-15258\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15258 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.isletasnoticias.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2016\/04\/o_1454800198.jpg\" alt=\"o_1454800198\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2016\/04\/o_1454800198.jpg 800w, https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2016\/04\/o_1454800198-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/%77%70%2d%63%6f%6e%74%65%6e%74\/uploads\/2016\/04\/o_1454800198-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"interior-bajada\">De esta manera, el gobierno entrerriano establece que \u201cel proceso electoral estar\u00e1 a cargo del organismo electoral con competencia para ello, desarroll\u00e1ndose el acto comicial desde las 8 a las 18 horas del 26 de junio\u201d, seg\u00fan versa el segundo art\u00edculo del mencionado Decreto.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe recordar que en las juntas de Gobierno de La Ollita y Guardamonte \u201cse present\u00f3 un empate producido en las elecciones para cargos de vocales producidas entre las listas del Frente para la Victoria y la lista de Cambiemos raz\u00f3n por la que mediante dicho texto se designaron Delegados Normalizadores hasta tanto se efect\u00fae la nueva convocatoria a elecciones\u201d, se indica en los Considerando del Decreto 647.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"interior-bajada\">\nEn ese sentido, se advierte que \u201cresulta conveniente convocar a elecciones a efectos de resolver el empate y determinar la lista ganadora en la categor\u00eda referida\u201d, y que es \u201catribuci\u00f3n del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial efectuar la convocatoria a la ciudadan\u00eda para elecciones\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, tambi\u00e9n precisado en los Considerando, se establece que \u201ca trav\u00e9s del organismo que este Poder Ejecutivo determine, se adaptar\u00e1n todas las medidas que sean necesarias para llevar adelante con \u00e9xito todo el procedimiento electoral y los actos preparativos del mismo\u201d.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"interior-texto\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Convocaron a elecciones para el 26 de junio en las juntas de Gobierno de La Ollita y Guardamonte, departamento Tala, para que elijan los vocales titulares y suplentes de las mencionadas jurisdicciones.
