{"id":145909,"date":"2023-05-09T10:55:04","date_gmt":"2023-05-09T13:55:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.informelitoral.com.ar\/?p=145909"},"modified":"2023-05-09T17:47:46","modified_gmt":"2023-05-09T20:47:46","slug":"negaron-excarcelacion-a-exjefe-de-regimiento-acusado-de-encubrir-abusos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informelitoral.com.ar\/negaron-excarcelacion-a-exjefe-de-regimiento-acusado-de-encubrir-abusos\/","title":{"rendered":"Negaron excarcelaci\u00f3n a exjefe de regimiento acusado de encubrir abusos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La C\u00e1mara Federal de Paran\u00e1 le rechaz\u00f3 la excarcelaci\u00f3n al mayor del Ej\u00e9rcito\u00a0<b>Facundo Candiotti<\/b>, quien est\u00e1 acusado de encubrir una trama de abusos sexuales en el batall\u00f3n Dragones de la ciudad de Gualeguaych\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Candiotti fue recientemente procesado por\u00a0<b>encubrimiento, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n por destrucci\u00f3n de pruebas y amenazar a testigos<\/b>\u00a0que declararon en el expediente que lleva adelante el juez federal de Gualeguaych\u00fa, Hern\u00e1n Viri, y el fiscal Pedro Rebollo.<\/p>\n<p>Se lo considera \u00abautor penalmente responsable del delito de encubrimiento por\u00a0<b>ayudar al imputado V\u00edctor Mercado a eludir la investigaci\u00f3n de Justicia, por haber hecho desaparecer y alterar prueba y por no denunciar la comisi\u00f3n de un delito<\/b>, agravado por ser el hecho precedente un delito especialmente grave y por su condici\u00f3n de funcionario p\u00fablico\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La semana pasada tambi\u00e9n fue procesado el suboficial Mercado por ser autor \u00abpenalmente responsable del delito de abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante en concurso real con el delito de lesiones psicol\u00f3gicas agravadas en calidad de autor por haber sido con violencia de g\u00e9nero\u00bb.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"embed\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/elonce-media.elonce.com\/fotos-nuevo\/2023\/04\/13\/o_1681410491.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>Las soldados hicieron la denuncia en 2021 y la Justicia ya tienen tres casos acreditados, aunque se sospecha que van a sumarse los de otras mujeres por presuntos abusos en ese Regimiento Militar.<\/p>\n<p>Candiotti fue detenido ejerciendo la jefatura del lugar, en tanto que Mercado fue apresado en las instalaciones de Campo de Mayo a donde hab\u00eda sido transferido tras las primeras denuncias.<\/p>\n<p>En el marco de las investigaciones, hay un tercer militar que est\u00e1 procesado y la acusaci\u00f3n confirmada por la C\u00e1mara Federal de Paran\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n por abuso.<\/p>\n<p><b>Los hechos datan de 2016 <\/b>cuando una de ellas denunci\u00f3 directamente a Mercado de quien dijo que le hac\u00eda comentarios inapropiados y hasta quiso besarla a la fuerza. Las otras v\u00edctimas tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1alaron situaciones de abuso sexual que implicaban a otras personas bajo investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El juez dio por probado que, incluso, utilizando las c\u00e1maras de seguridad del Regimiento les hac\u00edan un seguimiento a las v\u00edctimas para conocer todos sus movimientos y, cuando una de ellas iba a la zona de piletas, utilizaban los dispositivos para observar detalladamente sus partes \u00edntimas aprovechando que estaba en bikini.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Se lo considera \u00abautor penalmente
