Las entidades de productores solicitaron una medida cautelar al Poder Judicial para evadir el pago. A esto hay que sumarle la negativa de los miembros de la Sociedad Rural de actualizar la paritaria como hab\u00edan acordado el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n<p>A finales del a\u00f1o pasado la Uni\u00f3n de Trabajadores Rurales y Estibadores (Uatre) acord\u00f3 con el Gobierno, en el marco de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajo Agrario (CNTA), un bono de $26.000 pesos para fin de a\u00f1o con el objetivo de paliar la ca\u00edda del poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3 el gremio este monto fijo ser\u00eda cobrado s\u00f3lo por los trabajadores formales que perciban un ingreso inferior a $185.859.<\/p>\n<p>El acuerdo vino con la promesa de una pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n para revisar la \u00faltima paritaria firmada en agosto del 2022, la misma estipulaba una instancia de reajuste en enero para intentar contener la escalada inflacionaria.<\/p>\n<p>La Mesa de Enlace que rechaz\u00f3 en diciembre este acuerdo y se neg\u00f3 a pagarlo, recurri\u00f3 este jueves al Juzgado Nacional de Primera Instancia del Trabajo N\u00b0 71 para solicitar una medida cautelar que le permita \u201clegalmente\u201d no abonar el bono extraordinario de
